Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Tabductor, a service that builds and runs browser automations (“workflows”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Tabductor is provided by Fullstacktics, 301, 3rd Floor, Green Heights, Sapna Clarks Inn Road, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow 226022, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN 09AHXPF5233C1ZA). “We” and “us” in these terms mean Fullstacktics.
Your account
Keep your sign-in and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under your account, including requests made with your keys. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Pay as you go
There are no subscriptions or plans. You add funds to a prepaid balance, and usage — managed browser time, proxy traffic, AI model usage and other metered services — is charged against it at the rates shown on Pricing. Rate changes apply only to usage after they take effect.
Failed runs. If a run fails, you are not charged for its browser time, proxy traffic or other metered services, and any markup on AI usage does not apply. You pay only what the AI models it called cost us, at the provider's price.
Paid work starts only while your balance is positive. A run already in progress may take the balance slightly below zero; that amount is deducted from your next top-up.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles invoices, sales tax and VAT. Refunds of unused prepaid balance are handled under Paddle's buyer terms. Prepaid balance is not cash, earns no interest and cannot be transferred.
Acceptable use
You may automate only sites and accounts you are allowed to access. Do not use Tabductor to:
- break the law, or infringe others' intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, or circumvent security measures you are not permitted to bypass;
- send spam, run denial-of-service traffic, or scrape at a rate that harms the target site;
- commit fraud, impersonate others, or collect personal data unlawfully.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites your workflows visit. We may suspend workflows or accounts that put the service, other customers or third parties at risk.
Your content
You keep all rights to your prompts, workflows, results and data. You grant us the permissions needed to host, process and run them to provide the service, including sending them to AI model and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy policy. If you publish a workflow to Explore or share it, others may view and use what you shared.
Data processing
When your workflows collect, store or send personal data from the websites and accounts they visit, you decide what is collected and why. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor: we process it only to provide the service as you instruct through your workflows and settings, and as described in the Privacy policy.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use personal data from the sites you automate, for honouring the rights of the people it concerns, and for complying with those sites' terms. Do not use Tabductor to collect special category data or data about children unless the law allows it and you have the safeguards it requires.
Our data processing agreement, which incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, is available on request from ammar@tabductor.com. Our subprocessors are listed on the subprocessor page.
AI output
Workflows are planned and run with the help of AI models, which can make mistakes. Check results before relying on them, especially for actions that cannot be undone.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down we will give reasonable notice and refund unused prepaid balance.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can stop using Tabductor at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — payment, content, disclaimers and liability — survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in advance; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
